Scoops
All Scoop orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse using PUDO locker-to-locker delivery. The applicable shipping fee is based on the Scoop selected and will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping for Scoops includes both the PUDO locker-to-locker service and packaging costs.
Individual Seller Products
Products supplied by individual sellers are shipped directly by the seller. Each seller may have different shipping rates and arrangements.
Some of our suppliers may also use PUDO locker-to-locker delivery for their products. Where this service is used, the applicable shipping arrangements and costs will be determined by the individual seller.
If your order contains products from multiple sellers, separate shipping charges may apply, and items may be dispatched separately.

We do not provide fixed delivery time estimates, as delivery times may vary depending on the seller, dispatch location, courier or PUDO service, and other circumstances.
